Getting to the pre-baby gym was pretty hard! But with a little one at home, the challenge grows exponentially.
With a little one in tow, Zumba and climbing can be off the table (temporarily), but there are a lot of great friends baby workouts you can try to get moving
this is our list of postnatal workouts to try:
1) Jogging . If you performed before and during your pregnancy, you will love the jogging stroller! Take your baby with you as you get your cardio with products like the i.t. Jogger. The stroller has a nice big sun canopy to keep your baby covered, lots of storage and a smooth ride. Lace up your running shoes and hit the pavement.

According YogaMamas, incorporating your little yoga in the sequence, you also receive a stimulating, strengthening practice designed specifically for your postpartum body and mind.
3) Hiking . If you like to hike for the year, you'll love using a baby backpack. The pack is ideal for taking on your little adventure but not only for backpackers!
4) Workout Videos . With all the variety out there these days, you can try a different video work on every day of the week for a year without running out of options! workout videos offer great exercise options without having to leave home!
