Squash, spinach, broccoli and tangerines are rich in folate, iron and all essential nutrients for the health of newborn growing. Plums and lentils also promote healthy digestion in babies.
There are also certain foods that should be introduced slowly into the system of your baby. If you want to include foods like strawberries, peanut butter, chocolate and fish in the diet of your baby, do it slowly. Many children develop allergic reactions at high risk for these types of foods.
There are also foods with too much salt and sugar that can lead to the onset of diabetes later in life, which can be hard on the kidneys of your child later in life.
