blood cancers such as leukemia or lymphoma are among the most diagnosed cancer strands in North America and elsewhere. In many cases, patients rely on bone marrow donors and cord blood stem cells to help fight the disease and improve their quality of life.

Be The Match is one of the greatest records of marrow and cord blood donors in North America, which also relies on donations to help improve the lives of patients suffering from blood cancer. To help raise money and new bone marrow and cord blood donors welcome the register hosts the Be The Match Walk + Run Saturday, September 20 in New York.

The Walk + Run will hold its main location at South Street Seaport, located along the waterfront west Manhattan south of the Brooklyn Bridge. Be The Match is promoting Walk + Run as a family friendly event, inviting participants of all ages to save and potentially help improve the lives of patients living with cancer.

There will be separate walks and runs for the various participants ages such as:

A Tot trot for children aged 5 years or less

A 1 km Run youth for teenagers aged 17 or younger

    1km Adult Run

    5 km Adult Run

participants for Tot trot may register for only $ 10, while children in the youth race can register for only $ 15. Adults in two races must submit an entry fee of $ 30, and the match welcomes all virtual record of $ 25 for supporters who are unable to attend the event.

Be the co-host of the game Walk + Run with the New York Blood Center, and the two groups hope to achieve their goal of raising $ 250,000. If you plan to be in the Greater New York area on 20 September, book time and join a great cause to help people in need of support.
