Experts in the fields of cord blood and stem cells in regenerative medicine are off to San Diego this week to participate in the World Stem cell Summit 2013. the event will be held at the hotel Manchester grand Hyatt in the city, and will last until Wednesday, December 4 Friday, December 6.
the World Stem Cell Summit brings together experts from around the world to discuss and find solutions to problems or barriers to medical and therapeutic breakthroughs. Summit organizers believe that the purpose of each annual conference is to advance the development of potentially life-changing options for therapy.
The summit this year will feature more than 170 international speakers who are experts in their fields that enable the stem cell industry. An estimated 1,200 people from 40 countries worldwide are expected to fly into San Diego for the conference.
The Summit organizers will also present a number of awards to the best experts in the field. The most anticipated price is the Education Award 2013, which will be awarded to Mary Ann Liebert, president of a media empire which publishes authoritative journals in the areas of science and biomedical research.
The Summit declared the work of Ms. Liebert as informative for parents, medical researchers, and the stem of the wider general community of cells. Ms. Liebert and all winning participants will receive their shares at a special dinner on the last night of the conference on December 5.
