Welcome to the turning point of your life. These are the last few weeks to enjoy the remains of any minimalist lifestyle you had. Yep, this space was your office or the guest room where you could get lost in your own thoughts will soon be over. Instead, you'll need to create the nursery. With the following list of tasks in hand you have plans to create this "haven of peace and tranquility" for the new baby
So first -. Complete list "Honey Do"
• Walls painting
• Rip out existing cupboard
• Build new hanging shelves and rails
• Assemble crib
• Assemble and paint change table
• Build a shelf .........
• ad infinitum ......
friends gave us good tips to prepare for the peak period of the clutter in your life. No matter how many tablets you have installed this new manger ... you'll probably need a lot more.
What's with strollers, car seats, cots, vibrating chairs, bathroom, boomerang pillow, pelvis, bumbo, pack n 'play, piles of clothes and not to mention four different sizes of layers (ten packets each). It is safe to assume that you will need to shed extra plane ... uh ... sorry closet in the garage for the ridiculous amount of baby equipment you earn. This list does not even mention the amount of toys you will accumulate baby showers and gifts for parents and grandparents. This is when most dads are out the prospect of "it's a boy" being shouted in the delivery room. We start thinking about all the toys and games, we'll get to "test drive" before use it. But being Scottish, I recommend instead the garage sale or goodwill for at least some of these goodies. as for storage, Home Depot has enough solutions and recommend storing stuff in those bins transparent plastic for easy view / access.
But if the Scot or Canadian, love of anything any dad who then recalled their days of youth, Eh!
A happy and crowded dad-to-be
