cord blood is a sample collection "one shot". If a cord blood sample is lost in transit, there is no option for a second collection.
Insception Lifebank uses a dedicated mail service called Line Vital for the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas. A call from a client to our "Line Collection" initiates the service and ensures direct delivery of samples from the hospital to our processing laboratory. These trained couriers, know how valuable and important to their "cargo" is both new parents and our laboratory staff.
Traceability is ensured through our direct contact with the Vital line. The immediate status of every sample is a simple phone call.
