1. The contest ends at 23:59 EST Saturday, April 18, 2015. The winner will be contacted between April 29 and 30, 2015.
2. participants can enter the competition before the deadline described above by filling the required fields in the form on the link and clicking the submit button. An entry for the draw will be awarded when the form is filled and submitted carefully.

The price

1. There is a MamaRoo baby swing of prizes to be awarded in a random drawing that will be held on from all valid entries received for the price. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
2. costs or expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using the prize other than that provided in these Terms and Conditions will be the winner's responsibility. Prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash alternatives. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if priced becomes unavailable for reasons not related to the winner.

Eligibility

1. This contest is open to Canadian residents only (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at time of entry, except employees of Insception Biosciences Inc. ( "Sponsor"), its affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family these employees and those with whom such employees are domiciled. "Immediate Family" is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.
2. Participants are eligible for the price provided that all conditions of submission and eligibility set out in these terms and conditions have been met.
3. This contest is only open to new participants who are not yet in cord blood bank their baby with Insception Lifebank.
4. Limit one entry per new participant. In case of dispute, all email entries will be deemed submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent.

Winner of notification Price

1. Insception Lifebank will contact the potential winner by telephone and / or email between March 29 and April 30, 2015.
2. the winner must respond by telephone or e-mail confirming the receipt of the notification of the prize within 48 hours.

If, as a result of an error related to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the Contest, there are more potential winners of price as specified in these Terms and Conditions, there will be a draw from all eligible winners after the closing date of the competition to award the prize.
